Robert finally admits... He was confused about bits vs bytes. He hit his streaming limit on his mobile plan and couldn't figure out why. He lowered his bit rate down to 1Mbp a sec and still had problem and couldn't figure out why. Sooo he brought in Andrew to discuss streaming rates and hotspot limits and calculating access.
